Case Study: Player Birthday Gifts for Grand Casino
Happy Halloween! We thought today would be the perfect day to share about one of our latest custom gift projects… if only for the color palette 🎃👻🧙🏻♀️
The Details:
The player development team at Grand Casino Mille Lacs in Onamia, Minnesota, came to us looking for a masculine gift they could send to celebrate male VIP player birthdays (we'll share about the female counterparts, soon!).
They were open to what we could up with beyond that, but wanted to include a few food items.
The casino's player development team would send these gifts out to VIP players at their homes on their birthdays, something new and unique to their strategy.
So, these gifts live at our workshop; when the team needs a birthday gift to go out, they send us an email and we send the gift directly to the player!
The gift we created featured:
- Onyx Water Bottle by S'well
- Midnight Snack Chocoalte Bar by Hammond's Candies
- Jalapeno Cheddar Popcorn by Annie B's
The team also opted to upgrade to a custom logo belly band, is always the perfect final touch. As soon as recipients open their package and see the gift inside, they'll know exactly who it's from!
