Can we order customized gifts?

We love creating custom gifts that reflect your vision! Due to the time & detail involved with creating custom options, we require a 12 gift minimum for custom orders. Email hello@whitesprucemarket.com to get started!

Do you offer custom branding options?

Yes! We offer custom logo belly bands, customized ribbon options, and more! In addition, many of our clients provide us with printed inserts, cards, and client handbooks to complement their gifts. Check out our catalog for complete details.

How do I provide my inserts, cards and other items?

Once your order is placed, you can simply ship any marketing items directly to us, and we'll take care of the rest. In addition, we'll send instructions for providing us with your recipient addresses, along with your message for the handwritten card.

Do you offer volume pricing for orders of multiple gifts?

Yes! All of the gifts listed in our Corporate Catalog are priced for quantities of 12-49 gifts. For orders of 50+ gifts, please get in touch for volume pricing.

Do you offer payment plans?

To make your gift order official, we require a signed contract & 50% retainer payment upon booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks after invoice date.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Lead time varies widely based on the quantity of gifts & availability of products from our individual makers. Once an order is placed, most gift orders take 2-6 weeks to complete & deliver. Please get in touch with any specific questions!

What shipping & delivery options are available?

We offer three convenient delivery options:

1) Dropshipping (most popular)

We ’ll drop-ship your gifts directly to the recipients. Includes Standard UPS shipping with tracking. We can either ship all gifts at once, or keep your batch of gift boxes in our inventory & ship on-demand (as each client books, for example).

2) Local Delivery (within a 30-mile radius of Duluth, MN)

3) Free Local Pickup

What do the gifts look like when they arrive?

All gifts are packaged with thoughtful, design-driven details & safe transport in mind. Our formula includes...gift box with items nestled in crinkle paper + tissue + belly band + handwritten card + bubble wrap + shipping box = 🙌🏼✨ All orders are shipped with gifting in mind! No invoices or packing slips are ever included.
