Case Study: Home Anniversary Gifts for Lisa Endersbe Real Estate Team
Up until recently, the Lisa Endersbe Real Estate team would choose from our selection of pre-designed gifts or build their own gift boxes via our website. After a few orders and getting a feel for what they (and their clients!) like from our shop, we created a custom gift.
The Details:
The team wanted to send gifts to clients on the one year anniversary of purchasing their home. With this in mind, we chose home-related items for the gift!
The gift we created featured:

- Tea Towel by Juniper Blue Designs
- Satin Ribbon Upgrade in Antique Blue
As mentioned, the team had ordered from our online shop, but when creating a custom gift you have access unique items not available in our shop and that can be tailored to your industry and clients. In this case, we special ordered this room & linen spray from River Birch Candles!
Pro Tip: Sending a gift after your experience with a client ends is a great way to stay top of mind, generate word of mouth referrals and create repeat clients.
We keep these gifts at our workshop in Duluth, Minnesota, and when the team needs a gift sent they shoot us an email with the client's name and address.
