Case Study: Custom Recruitment Gifts for Ameriprise Financial

We’ve been so excited to share these custom boxes we recently created for Ameriprise Financial! Working with a Candidate Engagement Specialist on the Women’s Experienced Advisor Recruiting team, we were able to create some recruitment gift magic.

The Details:

As part of their recruiting strategy, Ameriprise came to us looking for a thoughtful and inspired gift to send to 45 Utah based women financial advisor prospects with the intent to connect and discuss opportunities with their firm.

They wanted to create a simple gift (2-3 items) featuring their signature brand color (blue) with useful items that would inspire & draw the recipient in. They wanted items that when used, would remind the recipient “Ameriprise sent me this!” 

The gift we created featured:

• Cloud Socks by Le Bon Shoppe
• Mini Jotter by Ruff House Print Shop
• Original Caramels by Annie B’s
• Black Le Pen

They also opted to upgrade to a custom logo belly band, which brought the entire gift to the next level. 👌🏼
