How does shipping work?

Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship within 2-3 business days. You can either ship directly to the recipient, or to your own address if you wish to hand-deliver. Standard shipping via our online shop is FREE nationwide! Once shipped via UPS, most packages arrive in 2-4 business days.

Can I expedite the shipping speed?

We’re here for your last minute shipping needs! For an additional cost, you can expedite your order to ship within one business day with 2-Day Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the cost & logistics involved, we are currently unable to ship internationally. We do have connections with gifting companies around the world, so let us know your recipient’s destination country & we’ll share recommendations if available.

Can I order multiple gifts from your online shop? What if I want to send them to multiple addresses?

Yes! Once you’ve added all of your gifts to your cart, head to the Cart page and check the box that says “Ship to Multiple Addresses.” On the next page, enter your first address, then select “Ship Another,” and repeat until all gifts have a designated address.

What does the gift look like when it arrives? Can you leave out the invoice when you send my gift?

All gifts are packaged with thoughtful, design-driven details & safe transport in mind. Our formula includes...gift box with items nestled in crinkle paper + tissue + belly band + handwritten card + bubble wrap + shipping box = 🙌🏼✨ All orders are shipped with gifting in mind! No invoices or packing slips are ever included.

Can I include a handwritten card?

Yes! Because we adore handwritten notes, all orders include a complimentary blank notecard featuring our grey watercolor spruce illustration + a handwritten message of your choice. Simply add your message during the checkout process!

How do you source your products?

With a weakness for beautiful packaging & artisan quality, we source our products from a wide variety of makers in our home state of Minnesota and beyond! Although most of our products are locally made in the Midwest, we curate thoughtfully-crafted goods from around the country.

Can I customize or substitute an item?

We love creating custom gifts that reflect your vision! Due to the time & detail involved with creating custom options, we typically require a 12-gift minimum for custom orders. Send us a message for details!

Can I build my own box?

Visit one of our local pop-up events for a chance to build your own gift box! This is a fun, hands-on way to create your own custom gift from scratch. Sign up for our email list & you’ll be the first to hear about upcoming pop-up events!

How do I get my products in a White Spruce Box?

We’d love to chat with you about a potential partnership! Each of our items are handpicked to reflect our brand + vision for each collection, and we are always looking for talented new makers to work with! Start the conversation by filling out our contact form.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?

Our shop is based online! However, we do in-person pop-up events throughout the year. Sign up for our email list & you’ll be the first to hear about upcoming events.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we offer local pickup in Duluth, MN at our pop-up events, or on select dates during peak holiday seasons.

Can I include my own card?

Yes! If you ship the gift to your own address, you are welcome to add your own handwritten card. Please note: We do include a complimentary handwritten card with every order.

How are the items packaged?

Our secret ninja skill is packaging items for safe transport. We use a combination of packing materials to ensure each item arrives beautifully intact. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please email hello@whitesprucemarket.com & we’ll make it right!
