Q&A with the Birthday Gal, Bailey!

It's been a full week of celebrating! White Spruce Market turned FOUR, and our founder, Bailey had a birthday, too!

What better way to end a week than with a little Q&A with the birthday gal?!

Let's find out what's on her summer reading list and how she's celebrating her day.

First off, how are you celebrating your birthday?!

90 minute massage. Outdoor tunes at a brewery. A few friends + fam. Perfection. 👌🏼

Flashback to when you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was four, I declared my intention to become a stuffed animal trainer. Later, a veterinarian. I’m low-grade obsessed with dogs, so this is on-point.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

My hunger for travel is bottomless -- so this is an impossible question to answer shorthand 😂 Current top three, if I had to pick: Bali, New Zealand, Patagonia

Where do you see White Spruce in four more years?! Any big plans?

TBD! Maybe you’ll find us in a gorgeous expanded space (think white brick walls + lovely light). You’ll for sure see us creating hundreds (and even thousands) of gifts per order as we grow our Corporate gifting program. In turn, that means our team will grow, which I’m SO pumped about!

What’s your fave thing to do in Duluth during the summer?

Concerts on the Pier at Glensheen, ideally via kayak or sailboat! It’s truly the Duluthiest thing that ever Duluthed.
